I’m Jon Caldwell. I offer deep 1:1 coaching online, over the phone, and in person around Wollongong. I create a safe, confidential space and blend deep listening, visualization, guided meditation, breathwork, and practical action planning to help you see your future more clearly and take grounded steps in that direction.

How it works

  1. Start with the Vision Map — Across four 90-minute sessions, we slow down and really look at what’s happening for you. We begin with your current story: the patterns and limiting or contradicting beliefs that keep you from moving forward. We gently loosen those up and get clear on how you actually want your life to feel and look. Then I guide you through a visualization of your future, exactly the way you’d love it to be. As we go, we pull out key moments and milestones and map a path from that future back to where you are now.

  2. Getting to know each other — Throughout the Vision Map process, we’re also feeling into the fit. You get a real sense of how I coach, I get to know your story, and together we see whether continuing to work together feels supportive and right.

  3. Continue the Coaching — If it does, we keep going with deep 1:1 coaching. We’ll figure out a length that feels good (often 3–6 months, with sessions every two weeks). Some sessions have a clear focus or outcome, others follow what’s most alive in the moment—but all are there to help you stay connected to your vision and keep taking grounded steps.

  4. Going with the flow — As you change, your vision may evolve too. Old stories and limiting beliefs can soften, new possibilities open up, and the path may shift. We keep coming back to what feels true now and work together to navigate whatever comes your way.

About me

I’m drawn to deep, honest conversations about where people are and where they’d like to be. I love this work because it gives people space to slow down, listen, trust their inner voice, and discover their next step.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve been involved in personal development, men’s circles, and facilitation work — supporting others and being supported myself through growth, self-inquiry, and transformation. That experience has shown me that real change doesn’t come from being told what to do. It comes from being deeply seen, listened to, and supported as you find your own answers.

When we work together, I pay close attention to your words, your body, your energy, and the stories you tell yourself. I bring in visualization, guided meditation, breathwork, and simple structured processes when they’re helpful. All while asking real questions and listening deeply. Underneath all of that is a simple aim: to offer a safe space where you can be fully yourself, notice and gently shift limiting or contradicting beliefs, and feel supported as you move in a direction that feels more like you.

What matters most to me is that you feel safe enough to be real, and supported enough to take your next step—whatever that looks like. I’m more interested in grounded, honest conversation than in pushing you toward any particular outcome. If our work helps you listen inward, soften old stories, and move in a way that feels truer for you, that’s enough.

Vision Map - $150 per session - 90 mins

Four 90-minute sessions, held weekly.
The Vision Map is a deep, focused process where we look honestly at where you are now, clarify the future you want, and turn that into a clear path you can follow. Through reflection and guided visualization, we explore what’s been holding you back and map the key steps between where you are now and where you want to be, so you know exactly where you’re heading and how to get there.

Coaching - $150 per session - 90 mins

After four Vision Map sessions, we both have a sense of whether it feels right to continue. If it does, we make a simple agreement for the next phase—often 3–6 months, with 90-minute sessions every two weeks. This gives us a clear commitment and rhythm, while still allowing you to stop at any point.

Ongoing coaching is about bringing your Vision Map to life: some sessions use structured processes to deepen or clarify parts of your vision, others are more free-flowing and respond to whatever is most alive for you on the day.

  • Yes — sessions can be held online (via Zoom), over the phone, or in person around Wollongong and Sydney.
